What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We use keyless entry, so you'll receive your door code via text message on your check-in date. Early check-in and late check-out may be availableβ€”just give us a call!

How far is the motel from Sunday River Ski Resort?

We're just 10 miles (15 minutes) from Sunday River! Close enough to hit the slopes early, far enough to enjoy lower rates than slopeside lodging. Perfect balance!

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We're pet-friendly and welcome dogs and cats in select rooms. There's a $25/night pet fee per pet (maximum 2 pets). Pets must be crated if left alone in the room. All breeds welcome!

Is WiFi included?

Yes! Free high-speed WiFi is included in all rooms. Perfect for streaming, remote work, or sharing your Maine adventures on social media.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and we charge the first night. We understand plans changeβ€”just let us know as soon as possible!

Do you have parking?

Yes! Free parking right outside your room door. No walking across parking lots with your luggage. We also have plenty of space for trucks with snowmobile trailers or roof cargo boxes.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Bethel Village (8 miles) has excellent restaurants including Sunday River Brewing, Cho-Sun, Sudbury Inn, and the Good Food Store. We're happy to give recommendations based on what you're craving!

What amenities are in the rooms?

All rooms include: comfortable beds with premium linens, flat-screen TV with cable (HBO), free WiFi, A/C & heat, private bathroom, coffee maker, iron/board, and keyless entry. Premium rooms also have a microwave and full-size fridge.

Can I book for one night only?

Absolutely! We welcome one-night stays most of the year. During peak seasons (winter weekends, fall foliage, major holidays), there may be minimum stay requirements. Check our booking system for current availability.

Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?

What's the best time to visit for fall foliage?

Late September through mid-October is peak foliage season! Route 2 offers spectacular views. Book earlyβ€”this is our busiest season. We'll share our favorite scenic drives and photo spots when you arrive.

Is the motel open year-round?

Yes! We're open 365 days a year. Winter brings skiers and snowmobilers, spring has fishermen and hikers, summer welcomes families, and fall attracts leaf peepers. Each season has its own magic!
